The results for round 2 finally came in today and both entries from UF placed in the top 10 nation wide. YAY! My entry took 7th along with Jarrett Baker who placed 8th. Congrats Buddy.

Georgia Tech wide receiver Greg Smith rushes in for a touch down through Samford junior Kyle Morton during the second quarter of the yellow jackets season home opener in Atlanta. Georgia Tech wins 69-14.

Brookwood’s Jamey Chapman, left, and Shauini Ghodadra collide in the outfield during the 7th inning of the lady Broncos softball game against the Grayson lady Rams at Brookwood. After falling to the ground, both players stood up, took a moment, then continued to finish playing the game. Brookwood wins 5-3.

Illuminated blue by police lights, Investigator Bozeman (left) and Gwinnett County Police Sgt. Higginbotham examine the scene of a four-car collision which left one 16-year-old boy dead, injured four and closed down Sugarloaf Parkway at Old Norcross Road for many hours. Police are investigating street racing as the cause of the accident. Gwinnett County Police report this accident as the second fatal crash possibly involving street racing in the last month.

Sandra Sundberg and her husband Don, once friends of murder victim Manny Taboada, react in celebration after seeing the hearse carrying the body of Gainesville's serial killer Danny Rolling leave the Florida State Prision 16 years after the murders happened. Students at the time, Sundberg and Taboada had once dated.

P.S. career update: I'm currently freelancing in Atlanta. Spending time working with a production company on social documentaries where I'm shooting both still and video along with heading up another Through Their Eyes event.
